*Successful Introduction is valid after the company becomes a client of Raffles Provident LLP. In accordance with the GIA’s CODE OF PRACTICE FOR AGENTS, introducers cannot provide insurance advice to the clients whom they have introduced.
**Birthday is applicable to the introducer or his/her loved ones. Loved ones are defined as a legal child, legal spouse, legal parents.
Raffles Provident has many corporate clients and we hold client events regularly. For 2017, we are planning four events for our clients and their employees. The new member whom you have introduced will also be entitled to one of the events of their choice once they become our customer.

Terms & Conditions
1. Each Introducer: (a) confirms that the Referred Customer has consented to the Raffles Provident LLP’s (RPL) representative contacting him/her for the purposes of the Programme; (b) undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted (“Act”); (c) warrants that he/she has obtained consent under the Act from the Referred Customer to the collection, use and disclosure of the Referred Customer’s personal data by/to RPL and such other third party for the purpose of the Programme; and (d) consents to RPL disclosing the Introducer’s name to the Referred Customer for the purposes of the Programme.
2. If more than one person refers to the same Referred Customer under this Programme, only the first person to make the successful referral will be eligible for a Reward. In the event of any dispute, RPL shall have the sole and final discretion in deciding which person made the first successful referral.
3. RPL reserves the right to substitute or replace any Reward with another prize of similar value without giving prior notice.
4. RPL reserves the right not to give any Reward if any information provided by the Introducer and/or the Referred Customer is incomplete or inaccurate.
5. RPL reserves the right not to give any Reward to the Introducer where RPL has already paid any other form of the referral fee to acquire the Referred Customer.
6. The Introducer agrees to hold RPL and its directors, officers and employees (each an “Indemnified Party”) harmless and keep each Indemnified Party fully and effectively indemnified from and against any losses, costs, claims, damages and expenses whatsoever which any of them may incur (directly or indirectly) as a result of any breach by the Introducer of any of its representatives, warranties, undertakings or obligations hereunder.
7. Notwithstanding anything herein, RPL reserves the right at any time at its absolute discretion to vary or supplement the terms herein and to suspend or withdraw the Programme without prior notice or liability to the participants. RPL may reject any claim for any Reward in the event of irregularity, discrepancy or dispute, and its decision shall be conclusive and binding.
Personal
Reward Program for Consumers
Introduce someone from your connections to us; and
This individual becomes a client of Raffles Provident (new member).
MGM Reward for every successful introduction* consists of a voucher* with the value of SGD30. You will receive up to $500 shopping vouchers if you successfully refer ten individuals to us. Here’s the tier reward :
Tier 1: 1 successful referral: $30 shopping voucher
Tier 2: 5 successful referrals: $30 shopping voucher for each successful referral and an additional $100 shopping voucher
Tier 3: 10 successful referrals: $30 shopping voucher for each successful referral and an additional $200 shopping voucher
*Successful Introduction is valid after the individual becomes a client of Raffles Provident LLP. In accordance with the GIA’s CODE OF PRACTICE FOR AGENTS, introducers cannot provide insurance advice to the clients whom they have introduced. Only applies to insurance premium more than $500 and the choice of voucher could be a Takashimaya or a CapitaLand Mall shopping vouchers. Shopping vouchers will be delivered two months after the commencement of the insurance contract.
Terms and Condition
1.
